Equipment

  • 9-inch Springform Pan
  • Mixing bowls
  • Electric mixer

Ingredients

Crust Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Cheesecake Filling Ingredients

  • 32 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Tiramisu Layer Ingredients

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 3 tablespoons coffee liqueur (such as Kahlua)
  • 1 (7 ounce) package ladyfingers
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder, for dusting

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Afterward, let the crust cool completely.
  • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the vanilla extract and mix well. Next, beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing until just combined. Stir in the heavy cream until the filling is smooth.
  • In a shallow dish, combine the cooled coffee and coffee liqueur. Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture briefly, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy. Arrange the soaked ladyfingers over the cooled graham cracker crust.
  • Pour the cheesecake filling over the layer of coffee-soaked ladyfingers. Gently spread it evenly. Then, bake in the preheated oven for 55-65 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center still has a slight jiggle.
  • Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour with the door slightly ajar. This helps prevent cracking. Afterward, remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely at room temperature. Cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
  • Before serving, remove the tiramisu cheesecake from the springform pan. Dust the top generously with unsweetened cocoa powder. Slice and serve. Enjoy this delightful fusion of flavors!

Notes

For best results, use high-quality, full-fat cream cheese. To prevent cracks, cool the cheesecake slowly in the oven with the door ajar. Don't over-soak the ladyfingers to avoid a soggy layer.
