  • 3 large overripe bananas very ripe
  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar, honey, or maple syrup adjust to taste

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x4 inch loaf pan.
